Job Role :Should be capable of leading & supporting a team of HR
Collaborating and Facilitating with management team to craft the company vision and mission.
Expertise in HR process automation
Should have analytical and critical thinking so as to have sound judgment & engage in high - impact decision making in number of HR related areas.
Ability to analyse situations, view implications of decisions to be taken from critical perspective.
Ability to represent HR audits, litigations, Liaising with internal as well as external customers.
Experience in handling compliance and disciplinary proceedings .
Plan, Direct and implement HR strategy for HR Management and development including Recruitment & Selection , policies , grievance counselling, contracts training and development succession planning , compensation and benefits, motivation, culture and attitude development, performance management and quality Management.
Monitor , measure and report on HR issues , opportunities for development and achievement within agreed formats and timescale.
Lead, direct, motivate and develop the reporting staff
Manage and control departmental expenditures Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the HR Development and ensure Expertise in HR process automation fully informed HR objectives, purpose & achievement.
Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statement and distribution, policies etc.
Oversee all compliance are in place.
Assessing staff budget-projection of manpower needs, manpower planning and recruitment.
Recruitment and selection of both Onroll and Offroll employees which will include making job profile, advertising, conducting interviews, carrying out background checks, salary finalization, offer letters etc.
Monitor timely preparation and disbursal of salaries and other perks and allowances.
Initiate learning and development activities for employees.
Any other HR activities and jobs assigned from time to time.
Experience :The candidate should possess minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources functions. Experience in Human Resources function within the payment industry will be given preference.
Qualifications: Post Graduate in Human Resources

Proven track record in leading team and managing HR functions
Ability to understand and analyse and communicate critical issues
Strong integrity, trustworthiness and accountability
